THE CHALLENGE
Clinical knowledge matters.
So does the conversation.
Neurologists need to identify appropriate patients for eptinezumab and communicate its role clearly, accurately and effectively.
A conventional lecture can explain the evidence. This workshop was designed to let participants practise the more difficult part: listening, responding and guiding a patient through a realistic clinical conversation.

An AI patient

Creative Cortex developed an interactive learning system powered by a large language model. Each AI patient carried a distinct migraine history, concerns and scenario, responding dynamically as participants asked questions and offered advice.
The experience concluded with structured scoring and feedback, helping participants compare approaches and recognise examples of effective patient counseling.
